Things I Like About Frogs

People often ask what my favourite thing about frogs is and, please, I'm sorry: I cannot narrow it down to just one thing.  

Here is a non-exhaustive list of things I like about frogs.  The order changes every day, so is presented here in no particular order.

• They are shiny

• They can lick their own eyeball

• They gather on lilypads

• They always sorta look like they're smiling conspiratorially

• They smoke pipes

• They are polite

• I once heard one make a sound like someone shouting "hello?" into a bucket

• They never skip leg day

• I like the way they smell

• They are not toads (stupid toads)
