I'm Justus, and I work as a Success Manager at Steady, where I focus on helping media makers launch and sustain their membership programs. My journey has been a bit unconventional — I studied Bassoon at the Berlin university of arts before transitioning into the world of Ad-Tech. Eventually, I found my passion here at Steady, where I get to combine creativity and strategy to support creators.

One of the things I enjoy most is finding workarounds. I’m always up for a challenge, and if something seems impossible, I’ll find a way to make it work. I believe there’s always a solution waiting to be discovered!
