Hallo! I'm Lotte from Berlin and I've been with Steady for over 6 years. In the operations team we oversee the day-to-day business activities and processes within our company to keep that mighty independent media machine running smoothly and full steam ahead. With many years of international experience working at two opposite ends of the world, it is the diversity of people and cultures that inspires me. Good for me, because at Steady I get to work with my amazing colleagues from all over the world and together we support our equally amazing and diverse media makers.

On a more practical level I am in charge of cuddling our office dog Juri, a job where I can demonstrate my endless dedication and empathy on a daily basis.
